SGS and UBI award master's degree for 74 students
On December 5, 2010, at Le Van Thiem Hall, 19 Le Thanh Tong, Hanoi, Graduate School, VNU (SGS) in collaboration with the Institute of Business Management Brussels, Belgium (UBI) have celebrated an awarding ceremony for 74 students.

Attending the ceremony on the side of Belgium is Mr. Hube Cooreman - Ambassador of Belgium in Vietnam, Mr. Lucien Van Divot - Director of UBI, GS. Koenraad Tommissen - Member of the Scientific and Training UBI and Prof. Ton That Nguyen Thiem - Director of UBI programs in Vietnam. On Vietnam side is Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Giang - Vice President of VNU and leaders of SGS.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Cooreman Hube has reviewed a number of important historical milestones in bilateral relations Belgium - Vietnam. Belgium and Vietnam established diplomatic relations in 1973. As one partner of Vietnam, with a strong current, the Belgian development priorities of education and training in parallel with economic development - trade with Vietnam. In the present context, when Vietnam is assumed the Chairmanship of ASEAN and take on Belgian EU presidency in the last 6 months of 2010, the two governments have continued promoting cooperation, coordination, contributing to security for the success of the ASEM Conference held at 8 Royal Palace in the capital Brussels, Belgium on October 5. The ambassador has pledged to continue assisting Vietnam in education and training - which is an area in which Belgium has experience and ability.

On behalf of VNU, Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Giang has congratulated the new masters, congratulated the success of the UBI program in Vietnam, good relations of cooperation Belgium - Vietnam continuing to grow. Vice President of VNU emphasizes that international education links is one of the priorities in the process of VNU rising to international level and VNU appreciates the cooperation between the SGS with UBI. He said that the presence of the Ambassador is an eloquent proof to show the interest of the Belgian Government to developing ties with the Government of Vietnam in the fields of education and training, one of the main factors ensuring the success of the UBI program in Vietnam.

Earlier, representatives of the two training institutions in Vietnam and Belgium have speech to congratulate 74 students who have completed their Masters in Business Administration UBI in Vietnam.
