Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Cooreman Hube has reviewed a number of important historical milestones in bilateral relations Belgium - Vietnam. Belgium and Vietnam established diplomatic relations in 1973. As one partner of Vietnam, with a strong current, the Belgian development priorities of education and training in parallel with economic development - trade with Vietnam. On behalf of VNU, Prof. Dr. Vu Minh Giang has congratulated the new masters, congratulated the success of the UBI program in Vietnam, good relations of cooperation Belgium - Vietnam continuing to grow.
