 Prof. Nguyễn Hòa – Rector of VNU ULIS, Prof. Carkin and Prof. Dopkin – Representatives from SNHU congratulated and conferred degrees to the students.Prof. Nguyễn Hòa hoped that the students will not only effectively apply their acquired knowledge to contribute to the society but also keep learning and doing research and improve knowledge for themselves.
Prof. Carkin shared with the students his most sincere thoughts and expected the students to find joy and keep passion at work.
The TEFL joint training program between VNU ULIS and SNHU started in 2008. This is the first postgraduate joint training program in Vietnam which has been accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, a prestigious regional accreditation association in the United States.
This joint training program has met the pressing demand on training high quality teachers of foreign languages and thanks to its interconnectedness and flexibility with international training standards, the program has attracted a large number of high school teachers of foreign languages nationwide, particularly English teachers.
