In the morning of December 15, 2016, the 5th International Conference on Vietnamese Studies (ICVNS2016) hosted by Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) was started in Hanoi with the presence of more than 2,000 participants, of whom, nearly 1,000 scientists were from 36 countries and territories worldwide
