| On July 24, 2019, at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), the National Committee on Youth of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) in collaboration with the Russian Federal Agency on Youth Affairs held the seminar "The youth’s contribution to the fostering of the Vietnam - Russia traditional friendship" in conjunction with meeting personalities closely related to the development of the Vietnam - Russian Federation relations.
