6. Changes in academic process: decision extension number: 3347/QĐ-CTSV, date 17 month 12 year 2009.
7. Official thesis title: Study purification, characteristic and application of AChE from yellow snail
8. Major: Biochemistry
9. Code: 62.42.30.15
10. Supervisors:
Pro.Dr. Nguyen Quoc Khang
Ass Pro.Dr. Bui Phuong Thuan
11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- We have investigated AChE of 26 study objects different, the AChE of yellow snail is highest (686686± 20.58 U/g)
- This is the logical research about yellow snail, characteristic of biology and available to synthesis of AChE through different time.
- In Vietnam, this is the first thesis. Which use AChE from yellow snail to built bio indicator method for environment infected some pesticides.
- We have purified AChE. Which consist three subunit: 42KDa, 13KDa and 7KDa.
We have identified some physic, chemist characteristic of AChE from yellow snail
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The results of thesis contribute in to data store of yellow snail’s AChE. AChE from yellow snail was used to determined organo phosphate compound and organo phosphate pesticides.
13. Further research directions, if any:
We continue study AChE as a bio indicator to determine organo phosphate in vegetable, food and meat. In the future, we can produce kit, which quick test organo phosphate compounds.
