11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The thesis is a monograph for the first PhD-level study of labour legislation on the minor labourers. Desiring to perfect the law on minor labourers in particular, labour legislation in general, the thesis has the following new features:
- The thesis was to unravel the basic theoretical issues of labour law for minor labourers and the law adjust this subject in condition of international integration as:
+ Clearly identify the basis for the concept of minor labourers, state the specific characteristics of minor labourers to distinguish them from other kinds of labourers, and as a basis for the completion of specific regulations for minor labourers.
+ Indicates the purpose, meaning to adjust the law for minor labourers
+ Given the fundamental principles of law to adjust the minor labourers.
+ Identify the main impacts of international integration process to the law on minor labourers.
- The thesis analyzed, indicating the experience of some countries to adjust the law for minor labourers. This is one important basis of reference to compare and improve the law for minor labourers who work in our country.
- The thesis offers a comprehensive assessment of the state law for minor labourers in Vietnam and identify issues that need to be modified and supplemented in the legal system.
- The dissertation has identified the necessary requirements of the completion of the current provisions of the minor labourers, and propose recommendations, with specific commentary aimed at improving the law of the minor labourers.
12. Practical applicatbility: The studies in this thesis can be used as reference sources in research and science teaching in the field of labor law has taught labor law. In addition, the solution proposed in this thesis is the reference source of good quality for the complete policy and legislation on minor labourers in our country in the near future.
