11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis studies a systematic way, to clarify education universalization, compulsory education (discrimination education universalization and compulsory education, and the criteria of compulsory education), management of education universalization, and management models of education universalization in the difficult areas in the North mountain of Viet Nam.
- Research and design the management model of education universalization in the difficult areas by model management objectives (MBO). Management model emphasizes the management education universalization at the difficulty areas under four management functions. The thesis analyzed the contents of management function of management education universalization.
- The thesis clearly analyzes the role of education universalization, contributing to develop personality of human, setting the foundation for human resource training for economic development and contribute to society of equal opportunity in access to education basic education for all people in society.
- The thesis can be confirmed using mathematical tools, the Probability of Bayer to find out what factors influence education universalization in the difficulty areas and indicate the level of sustainability of the education universalization.
- Base on rationale, status, and disadvantages in universalizing education in difficult areas, the thesis has built systems management solutions on education universalization to help the local, especially the difficult local to manage on implementing education universalization effectively to enhancing the quality and education universalization sustainable.
- To experiment a new content of solutions to education universalization in difficult areas in the North mountainous of Viet Nam.
- During the implementation of the thesis, "Study of measures to manage and organize the boarding schools" was awarded the "2007 Education Initiative" of Primary Education for Disadvantaged Children Project.  In addition, a number of proposals and solutions of the thesis was Ha Giang Department of Education and training to use in implementing plans to education Universalization quality for the district in 2015.
