11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
1) The thesis continues to develop and perfect a step the basis of the theory of legal responsibility in environmental protection in Vietnam. On the basis of findings of previous scientific work on deposit insurance, The Author of the thesis further clarifies the legal responsibility in environmental protection in the meaning of "positive" and "negative". Within the thesis scope of work, the Author conducts research in the direction of "negative" meaning, based on which, defining generally the legal responsibility in environmental protection, forms of domain and subjects of effect of the laws related to legal responsibility in environmental protection
2) The Author figures out the prerequisites when consolidating legislation in legal responsibility in environmental protection, on which criteria it should be based.
3) The Author gives an overall and comprehensive evaluation of theory and current situation of legal responsibility in environmental protection in Vietnam as well as the status of violations to environmental protection laws and jurisdiction in this area.
