11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

11.1. Theoretically: 1) Systematize and clarify some of the theoretical issues related to quality assurance, QA in the university; 2) The theoretical basis of the thesis underpins the following research; 3) Propose a theoretical frameworks for assessing internal quality assurance activities at some public universities in Vietnam based on quality criteria of AUN-QA.

11.2. Practically: 1) Developing a set of tools for conducting quality assurance testing activities within the university (surveys and semi-structured interviews) to assist universities in gathering information and data as a basis for assessing the level of achievement of internal quality assurance activity within the school; 2) Clarify quality assurance activities within the university and its importance for securing and enhancing the quality of school education; 3) The research results contribute to raising the quality awareness in education for the survey participants; 4) Propose feasible solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of internal quality assurance activities, contributing to the development of internal quality assurance systems as well as maintaining, improving and improving the quality of training in university.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The research results of the thesis can be used to make materials for the managers, the educators to review and develop the work plan, step by step improve and improve the quality of training at the university accordingly. Based on the results of the study, researchers in this field can refer to further in-depth study of internal quality assurance within the university to meet requirements in the context of comprehensive, education and training today.

13. Further research directions, if any:

1) Continuing to validate the research model across multiple research groups of different types of institutions (either public or private or private) to increase the generalizability of the research model.

2) In-depth study of internal quality assurance activities within specific universities in the field of training.

3) Application to research internal quality assurance activities within other types of educational institutions such as colleges, professional secondary schools, etc.
