- Some experience gained from Ho Chi Minh City Party committee’s leadership in attracting foreign direct investment from 1996 to 2015.

12. Practical applicability, if any: After completing, the thesis might be used as references for historical research of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. At the same time, the thesis can be used as a reference for research related to this field.
