- Contribute to systematize, supplement and deepen the theory of management development activities of military education teachers in high schools according to the standardization view.

- Surveying, analyzing and assessing the current state of military education  teachers in high schools, managing the development of teachers in highschools in terms of scale, structure, use, evaluation, policies, requirements development of teachers in high schools in the current period and practical experience.

- Proposing the system of solutions to develop the staff of military education teachers in high schools from a standardized viewpoint to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive reform of education in the current period; Test these solutions and apply one solution to verify the necessity, feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

- The outcomes of the thesis can be used by government offices as suggestion in building and issuing standard indicators for high school teachers of military education teachers.
