11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Based on many-body perturbation approach (MBPA) and quantum statistics, developed anharmonic correlated Debye model (ACDM) and derived analytical expressions for cumulants in anharmonic XAFS to the fourth order.

Applied ACDM to derived expressions for thermodynamic parameters of face-centered-cubic crystal. The result shows a good agreement with other theories in anharmonic XAFS.

Numerical calculation result for Cu and Ni crystals are found to be in good agreement with experiment as well as other theoretical calculations.

12. Paratical applicability, if any: The results of the thesis contribute to enhanced XAFS technique in research structure of materials.

13. Further research directions, if any: Applied ACDM for other structure (bcc, hcp,…) and for doped materials.
