- The thesis has analysized, clarified some basic contents of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people.

- The thesis has explained the value of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people in Vietnam in current time.

12. Practical applicability, If any:

Thesis researching result has made contribution to improving the awareness of the importance of morality and law, especially, the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people from which significant meaning was learnt and made contribution to building a law – governed state of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the current time. Concurrently, the thesis can be used for reference, serving the researcing, teaching and studying the seminar in Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on morality and law in College, University and in building a Socialist Republic law-governed State in Vietnam.

13. Further research directions, if any:

The combination of morality and law in building a current nation of the people, by the people and for the people under Ho Chi Minh’s ideology is one of important content of state building process. Because the nature and role of morality and law are towards te equality of interest protecttion and reflect the democratic nature of the State, more than ever before, the issue of combining morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people become urgent. Such combination involves the awareness and practice on the basis which is scientifie and suitable to the reality. Thesis researching result is the first state, the basis, condition for keeping deeptly researching in combination with the incessant movement of the current and new situation. As a result, researching the content “Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the the combination of morality and law in building a nation of the people, by the people and for the people - Content and value” has suggested many next researching orientations, such as:
