11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The thesis synthesizes some of the concepts and researches on satirical art, as the theoretical for research on William Thackeray's novels, to see philosophical stance and sense of humour inherited and developed from the satirical tradition of British literature in the 18th century.

- Research from different angles: combining the satirical from many kinds of fiction, character, story teller and digression, thesis indicate that Thackeray's satirical art is not only simple as outside form,but also became the the dominant artistic thinking of the writer, strongly influencing the way the novel was organized, and creating the unique color of the satirical art as well as the particularistic color of the novel.

- From the perspective of the document, the thesis also find out  technical innovation in Thackeray's novels, which creates a modern look and a deep democratic spirit. It breaks the uniqueness of a storyteller, eliminating monotony of tone as well as point of view in the writings. The Democracy is demonstrated in dialogue with readers, in which he  give readers their own points of view, arouse their intellectual and critical thinking as well as develop their understanding.

- Through the art of satire, we learn that Thackeray had expressed a spirit of desecration for the Victorian era, requiring the consistency with its framework while all the writers at that time tried to paint and race to express the same spirit, the same face. Thackeray was different, he did not writer novel in a serious sense but he saw it as a game of structure, a joke of humour, a characters like puppets of the play, play their role and get right inside character on the stage of life, he understood that the writer is not a man with a thousand years eyes, but so small, limited, that why their story is dazzlingly twisted as the unfolds reality. There would not have a definite ending or fullness for him.

- His realistic novels have different colors, not merely depicting the outward, but also still there is a chaos of an individual thingking, a experienced narrator. That is the view of a realistic novelist and a sense of an artist who crave for beauty, innovation and creativity in the arts.

- Conversation  is also a prominent feature in his sarcastic tone. It represents openness, sincerity, democracy and equality of novel innovative thinking Thackeray with understanding and sensitivity of a great novelist, has made an ongoing effort to explore a new expression, a new path within the circuit voice narrative . Readers can realize his own charming storytelling and unique attractions

12. Practical applicability:

 The results of the thesis can be used as a material for the teaching of English literature and the novel of William Thackeray in the nineteenth century in Universities or the compilation of textbooks on satirical art in English literature.

 - Building theories of humor, satire and application, comparing satirical art in world literature.

- Research on the inheritance and development of the art of humor, satire in English literature, shaping the unique humorous value of the British’s culture.
