Regarding theory:

- The thesis has proved the inevitable existence of the link between scientific research and training and production in the market economy;

- Based on the "pull market" and " Science and technology push" policy, the thesis has mentioned two groups of links with six specific links between scientific research and production;

- The thesis also analyzes the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology under the influence of environment outside the system, including the competitive elements of market economy and international integration in science and technology.

Regarding practices:

- The thesis has established the link between scientific research and training and production at the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology;

- The thesis has clarified the market economy and international integration as the dominant factors and the motivation to form and develop the link between scientific research with training and production, self-responsibility as a tool for promoting the link between scientific research and training and production;

- The thesis has stated the necessary and sufficient conditions for the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to promote the link between scientific research and training and production.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

- The thesis has given out the determination of links between scientific research and training and production is very diversified and abundant, which are existing models of the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology. At the same time, the thesis expresses the necessary and sufficient conditions for the completion and perfect of those models which are significant when implementing autonomy and self-responsibility in scientific and technological organizations.

- The scientific results of the thesis help to orient the restructuring of science and technology organizations in the context of market economy and international integration in science and technology.
