11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

The conflict between husband and wife in the Catholic family in the past 12 months is common, however, the husband and wife follow Catholicism with less conflict than the couple who do not share Catholicism. There are 2 effects: number of children; differences in personal and religious characteristics to conflict

Conflicts are evaluated according to three factors: awareness, attitude; behavior; mentality. In terms of awareness, Catholics have similarities in their religious beliefs and attitudes towards husband and wife relationships. There are three groups of behaviors that express the severity of the conflict, but the spousal conflict in the Catholic family is mostly less serious. The psychological aspect shows that the negative effects are not serious.

There are 2 trends to resolve spousal conflicts: moderate, and extreme. However, the moderate trend is mainly

Religious similarities make it easy for spouses to share common moral values, preventive effects and conflict prevention. Belief and religious practice reduces the severity of contradictory behavior.

Catholicism has an important role to ease, reduce emotional injuries; promote the selection of peaceful solutions; behavioral orientation; provide direct support for counseling activities for spouses
