11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The thesis has contributed to summarizing the research situation of philosophical thought of Karl Popper

- The thesis has clarified the impact of socio-economic conditions as well as the effects of theoretical and natural-scientific premises on the formation of philosophical thought of Karl Popper.

- The thesis has systematized and analyzed the basic contents of K. Popper's scientific and socio-political philosophical thought, thereby pointing out the starting point in Popper's research and the connection between these two areas of his philosophical thought.

- The thesis has shown the values and limitations in the philosophical thought of K. Popper, reflecting it critically on the viewpoint of Marxism - Leninism, finding the "reasonable nuclei" thereby clarifying its theoretical significance for solving practical problems of Vietnam today.

12. Practical applicability:

The thesis can be used as references for research and teaching on the history of contemporary Western philosophy, creating a premise for understanding the Western culture in general and Austrian culture in particular in the spirit of "filtering" in a way consistent with the international integration strategy of the Party and the State of Vietnam.
