11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis: Studying functional homonyms of the word когда is important for Russian language learners. This dissertation provides an all-round look into functional homonyms of the word когда and offers findings about the shift in meanings of those words when translated into Vietnamese, helping remove difficulties for Russian learners.

12. Practical implication: Research results can be used in the course of learning Russian vocabulary, dictionary compilation and translation activities. In addition, the results of the research may have practical implication for teaching Russian as a foreign language in Vietnam.
