11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

Propose a new picture fuzzy clustering algorithm (FC-PFS) by extending the objective function of fuzzy clustering algorithm on intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The thesis also prove that the new proposed algorithm is convergent.

Present an innovative algorithm of FC-PFS for automatically determining the number of clusters. This method combines FC-PFS with particle swarm optimization algorithm to find out not only the number of clusters but also the results of clustering.

Present an innovative algorithm of FC-PFS for coping with complex data. This method also combines FC-PFS with particle swarm optimization algorithm and multiple centers of cluster strategy to solve effectively with complex data consist of number, category and complex structure data.

Apply FC-PFS on weather now casting problem based on satellite images with two different methods. The first one combines FC-PFS with spatio-temporal autoregressive model to output the predicted images. The second one proposes new picture fuzzy rules from FC-PFS to result in forecasting images. 

12. Practical applicability, if any: The proposed methods on thesis can be applied widely, especially on weather now casting problem.

13. Further research directions, if any

Innovate proposed algorithm to reduce memory usage, time to calculation by using parallel and distributed computing to archive higher quality.

Combine with some other weather factors like temperature, humidity, wind,  for weather now casting problem to enhance the accuracy of forecasting.
