11. Summary of new findings of dissertation:
Psychiatric symptoms severity related to depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are high among female entertainment workers comparing to normal population
Exposing to adverse experiences in early childhood has been found very common among female entertainment workers
Children of female entertainment workers have been found having psychological, behavioral problems and PTSD which contribute to the functional impairment for some children.
Maternal anxiety, PTSD, and depression were found having positive relationship with their children’s mental health problems. Maternal PTSD was found a strong predictor contributing to the development of the children’s psychological problems while maternal anxiety was found to be the best predictor in the conflict relationship between the FEWs mother and their children

Improving mother’s mental health conditions particularly related to anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms, contributing to improve their children’s mental health
Mother’s anxiety could be one of the target to improve the positive relationship with their children.
13.Future research direction: (if any)
Future research with larger sample size should focus more on relationship between demographic information and data of the FEW mothers with their children mental health problems
Risk factor from the early childhood experiences of the mother which could be a possible predictor to their children mental health problems and functioning
Evident-based psychological interventions for female entertainment workers who have been traumatized by current and early childhood experiences to improve the quality of their parenting ability.
