Dr. Sc. Nguyễn Trọng Do – VNU-IS Rector said that in the context of globalization and integration, the demand for high-quality human resources is becoming urgent. VNU-IS, in cooperation with prestigious universities in the world, has built up and developed a number of high quality programs, including the MA program of Finance, Banking, Insurance (Vietnam and South East Asia). Nantes University, one of the major universities and leading centers of education and research of north-western France, is the strategic partner of VNU-IS in Europe. VNU-IS has cooperated with Nantes University to develop two post-graduate programs including: the MA program of Finance, Banking and Insurance (Vietnam and South East Asia) and the MA program of Marketing and Forecast. The program is designed basing on the knowledge, experience accumulated over the years of the Academy of Economics and Management, Nantes University, combining with the experience of experts in the field of finance, banking and insurance in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The aim of this program is to equip the students with the systematic, advanced and most updated knowledge as well as the specialized and modern skills in finance, banking and insurance. Additionally, along with the acquisition of specialized knowledge, new students’s command of foreign language will be improved, as this is the first program of this kind to be held.
