This years forum will be the first in a series of annual international forums on ICT which will be sponsored by The Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies. The forum will provide a platform for scientists, engineers, practitioners, managers, businessmen, government leaders, etc. from countries around the world to share knowledge and exchange their experiences, discuss challenges, opportunities, solutions, the best practice/application models and the roadmap for the information and communication technology (ICT) development in Vietnam in particular and in the world in general. It will also contribute to the development and prosperity of the human beings.
It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to participate in this years Forum. The Organizing Committee of the Forum will provide each participant with free accommodation, meals and local transportation during the Forum.
Hanoi Forum on ICT 2007 will be held in Hanoi from 05 ~ 07 December, 2007. The theme of this years Forum is Information-Communication Technology Human Resources Development, under which there will be four panels, which are as follows:
Panel 1: General ICT vision and capacity building
Panel 2: Human resources development
Panel 3: ICT Research and Development
Panel 4: Academic Industrial links for ICT
