The main content is to introduce higher-education scholarship program of Taiwan Transportation University and associate programs. This is also the right time for VNU to promote the cooperation in Technology science, share the experience about technology science and seek for scholarship opportunity for staff and students of VNU.   At the working place, Assc.Prof.Dr. Phung Xuan Nha proposes that in the future, the two universities will conduct the evaluation of international programs such as computer science, and train undergraduate and graduate students together. In addition, VNU will appoint young officers which are potential graduate students to study and research in the laboratory of Taiwan Transportation University. The exchange of staff and students, according to Dr. Phung Xuan Nha, should be deployed as soon as possible.   At the moment, VNU is trying to be able to sign the memorandum to co-operate soon with Taiwan Transportation University.   Taiwan Transportation University is popular one all over the world and is ranked top 5 in Taiwan’s university system with the priority in natural science and high-tech electronics.
