Attending the meeting were representatives from VNU’s Functional Departments, VNU University of Economics and Business, and VNU International School.

At the meeting, VNU Vice President Lê Quân emphasized that Troy University was a long-term and reputable partner of VNU. Troy University has been in training partnership with VNU University of Economics and Business offering such programs as: Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration. VNU Vice President proposed the two sides to maintain the existing partnerships and expand the training cooperation to include the following programs: BA in Hotel, Sport and Tourism Administration, BA in Communications and Master of Management Science.

Mr. Jack Hawkins expected to have a more detailed discussion with VNU’s affiliates. In addition, he hoped that VNU and Troy University would sign a Memorandum of Cooperation in the near future and would soon realize the cooperation activities, thereby maintaining and upgrading the bilateral cooperative relations to a new high.

Founded in 1887, Troy University is a public academic institution in the U.S. State of Alabama with a total of 16,316 current students, of those, nearly 7,000 studying at the main campus in the US.

The university has four campuses in the US and over 62 campuses in 12 countries around the world. The university has been in partnership with the following three academic institutions in Vietnam: Saigon Technology University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and VNU University of Economics and Business.
