French President Hollande was born on August 12, 1954 in Rouen. He graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris) and Paris Institute of Political Studies. He becomes the 7th president of France since 2011. President Hollande is the third president of France to visit Vietnam after the visit of President François Mitterrand in 1993 and President Jacques Chirac in 1997 and 2004.
