11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The dissertation is the first scientific work at the doctoral level of comprehensive law research, having a theoretical and practical basis for Partnership Limited by Shares (PLS) formed in the world and in the history of Vietnamese Law. Furthermore, it has built model and the contents of legal regulation on PLS to propose supplements to the current Enterprise Law in Vietnam. The thesis has new findings - contributions as below:

Firstly, The dissertation has studied theoretical basis of the origin, development of company types in general and PLS in particular, thereby analyzing the advantages of PLS compared to other types of companies.

Secondly, the dissertation has explored the law experience of numerous countries around the world and Vietnamese law to adjust the model of PLS to make suggestions,  proposal of the basic contents of PLS regulations to match appropriately with the practice in Vietnam.

Thirdly, the dissertation has evaluated and analyzed the need to supplement the PLS regulations into the current Enterprise Law to meet the practical needs and to ensure and expand the freedom to choose company type in the socialist-oriented market economy in Vietnam nowadays. Additionally, the dissertation has analyzed the impacts and expected results when adding regulations on PLS into current Law on Enterprise.

Finally, the dissertation has developed and proposed specific contents of the legal regulations on PLS to supplement in Law on Enterprise and other related laws to ensure the comprehensiveness and consistency of the legal system on enterprise.

12. Practical applicability: the dissertation can be used as reference source for law makers and policy makers to consider and study the formulation and supplementation of PLS regulations on current Enterprise Law in Vietnam in the coming time. The dissertation is also a useful reference for teaching and research activities of jurisprudence or law research and training institutions in Vietnam

13. Further research directions, if any: Demand and the reality of laws regulating forms of business organization. Legal issues on the links in the types of business organizations in Vietnam.
