On July 6th, 2021, the final round of the first contest “Talented Future Interpreters” – “译出精彩，成就未来” organized by the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture took place successfully.

Aiming to create a useful playground for the students in the faculty to have the opportunity to exchange and learn, as well as to help them increase their love of translation, the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture held the first contest “Talented Future Interpreters”.

The Preliminary Round of the “Talented Future Interpreter” contest was held in a live format on April 29th, 2021 with the participation of 54 contestants. After careful evaluation and selection, the jury selected the best 08 contestants to move on to the final round.

On July 6th, 2021, the final round of the “Talented Future Interpreter” contest was officially held online.

The contest took place with 2 exciting rounds and found the owner of many honorable prizes.

The Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture is an administrative and training unit of ULIS-VNU, which has the function of organizing the implementation and development of higher education programs. The Faculty works alongside with the Faculty of Graduate Studies to develop and form the graduate programs. Other missions are student management and implementation of scientific research within the Faculty.

The Faculty has successfully organized 06 international conferences, 05 national conferences on Chinese teaching and research.

The Faculty is proud to become an official member of the Association for Chinese Study and Teaching of Asian-Pacific.

Many lecturers of the Faculty have been invited to present the papers at plenary sessions at important international conferences.

Every year, lecturers of the Faculty carry out many valuable scientific research projects such as ground breaking scientific research topics, monographs, reference books and articles in prestigious journals inside and outside the country.

The Faculty has an amount of tight and deep cooperation with many international universities.
