CONTENTS OF PANEL

  • Institutions and policies to develop education and training in Viet Nam in terms of market economy and international integration, taking quality and efficiency of output as a measure;
  • Education and training together with science and technology are the key drivers of socio-economic development;
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of state management, professional management and administration in education and training towards an autonomy mechanism associated with accountability of educational and training institutions;
  • Strategy for international cooperation and integration in education and training so that Viet Nam will become a strong country in education and training in the region, catch up with the world's advanced level, participate in the international market for human resource training;
  • Education and training aimed at arousing traditions of patriotism, national pride, beliefs, and aspirations for prosperous and happy development of Viet Nam;
  • Education and training to raise awareness, respect and obey the law, protect the environment, preserve the national cultural identity of Vietnamese people, especially the young generation;
  • Comprehensive human development Viet Nam is gradually becoming the center of socio-economic development strategy;
  • To develop Vietnamese people comprehensively, to have health, capacity, qualifications, awareness and high responsibility towards themselves, their families, society and the nation;

  • Human Development Index (HDI) and its issues in Viet Nam today;
  • The national value system, cultural value system and human standards are the foundation for the development of education and training and human development in Viet Nam;
  • Enhance the stature of Vietnamese people through education in knowledge, ethics, aesthetics, life skills and physical education;
  • Outstanding policy to attract and appreciate talents and experts both nationally and internationally.
