VNU President Le Quan and Nhan Dan Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh signed a cooperation agreement between the two institutions

Addressing the ceremony, VNU President Le Quan thanked Nhan Dan Newspaper for its support and expressed his expectation that the cooperation between VNU – a leading centre for training, scientific research and knowledge transfer in Vietnam and Nhan Dan Newspaper - the central organ of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the voice of the Party, State and People of Vietnam, would bring positive values and multifaceted benefits for both sides, especially in the fields of human resources training and development; scientific research, technology application and knowledge transfer; information, communications and image promotion.

Expressing his pleasure when witnessing the rapid change of VNU in Hoa Lac, Nhan Dan Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh said that the newspaper's leaders always prioritize its coverage of major educational institutions, such as VNU, by introducing their achievements in training and research in order to bolster the image of higher education institutions among the domestic public and the international community.

According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in Human resources training and development; Scientific research and knowledge transfer; Information, communications and image promotion.

The cooperation agreement signed between VNU and Nhan Dan Newspaper is the first step in establishing a long-term and sustainable strategic partnership. The cooperation contents will be concretized through specific programs, tasks and projects.

After the ceremony, the delegation paid a visit to and planted trees as gifts in Hoa Lac VNU Town.
