Attending the meeting were Deputy Prime Ministers: Pham Binh Minh, Le Minh Khai, and Vu Duc Dam; Minister- Chairman of the Office of the Government; Ministers of: Construction, Education and Training; leaders of ministries and agencies of: Finance, Planning and Investment, Justice, Home Affairs, Health, Hanoi People's Committee and VNU.

In response to the report by VNU President Le Quan and the opinions of the meeting attendees, the Government Standing Committee issued Conclusion No. 338/TB-VPCP dated October 26, 2022 with the following points:

1. The Government agrees with the transferring of the Construction Hospital under the Ministry of Construction to VNU. The transfer and receipt are implemented in accordance with the  provisions of relevant laws.

Based on the comments from the participants and relevant agencies, as well as the current regulations, VNU is to complete the Project and draft Decision to submit to Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam for consideration and decision.

2. Ministries and agencies: Finance, Planning and Investment, Justice, Home Affairs, Health, Hanoi People's Committee shall closely coordinate with the Ministry of Construction and VNU during the named transfer and receipt; promptly report to the Prime Minister on issues beyond the scope of their authorization.
