The event featured around 60 consultancy and recruitment booths from 44 domestic and international corporations and enterprises, offering more than 7,000 job and internship opportunities.

In his event opening speech, VNU Vice President Dao Thanh Truong stated that with VNU's vision and mission, the 13th Party Central Committee’s 8th Conference issued Resolution No. 45 setting the goal of developing VNU and VNU-HCM into two among the world’s top 500 universities by 2030.

In the near future, VNU will focus on enhancing the quality of education and scientific research, with an emphasis on improving curricula, applying advanced teaching methods, and strengthening research activities to enhance academic reputation and make significant contributions to the international scientific community. Additionally, VNU will further develop its faculty and research staff, focusing on recruiting as well as training highly qualified lecturers, encouraging participation in international research projects and publishing research results in prestigious journals. VNU will also further invest in infrastructure and technology, building state-of-the-art, internationally recognized laboratories, and applying information technology in management and teaching, creating a favourable learning and research environment for students, graduate students, PhD students, and faculty members.

VNU Vice President Dao Thanh Truong further shared that at VNU, students were trained not only in professional knowledge and career skills but also in ethics, life skills, and creative thinking. VNU students are highly appreciated for their academic abilities, self-positioning skills, creative thinking, and adaptability in the context of global integration. Many student entrepreneurial projects and initiatives have been highly evaluated and successfully applied in practice.

VNU students have strong integration capabilities thanks to a multidisciplinary, cross-sectoral, and interdisciplinary training foundation. These students are not only a source of high-quality human resources but also represent a generation of young, responsible individuals, ready to contribute to the development of the country.
