Speaking at the ceremony, VNU President Le Quan congratulated CSK on the realization of the idea of establishing VNU Innovation & Startup Incubator. According to VNU President, every scientist and student should develop research ideas and products aimed at creating added value for society, and generating job opportunities for the community. To realize these ideas, there must be a forum for connecting businesses, management experts, scientists, and students, with the goal of managing operations, building new companies and corporations, and bringing research products from the lab to the market.

The selected research products should be practical, commercially viable, and valuable to society. VNU Innovation & Startup Incubator is also a trusted platform where scientists and students can share projects and ideas, a bridge that encourages the spirit of daring to think and act, seizing opportunities to learn, building strategies, and bringing scientific products to the community. VNU President Le Quan also expressed his hope that, in the future, CSK would seek and support key research topics, invest in and develop projects that can be applied, and connect businesses with scientists to bring knowledge-based research products to the market.

Director of VNU Center for Enabling Startups and Knowledge Transfer Truong Ngoc Kiem stated that CSK served as an important bridge between scientists, students, and businesses, while also being a hub of knowledge - the foundation for transferring that knowledge into practice. As the focal point for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship at VNU, CSK has continuously expanded its activities to connect, support, and turn innovation and startup ideas into reality, contributing to shaping a dynamic innovation ecosystem to connect resources both domestically and internationally for the society’s sustainable development. VNU leaders expect VNU Innovation & Startup Incubator to become a bridge for scientists and students’ creative ideas and scientific products to be realized to meet community needs. As a leading higher education institution in nurturing high-quality talents, VNU is a pioneer in innovation, supporting and transferring knowledge-based research products to the market.

During the event, the VISI 2025 Incubator Program was also announced. With clear objectives to fully support startup projects, VISI is expected to serve as a bridge to bring entrepreneurial products to the market.
