11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
v 34 α,β-unstaturated ketones with productivity from 62 to 839% were synthesized. Products coloured from light yellow to yellow.
v 36 new 2-amino-4 ,6-diarylpyrimidines were prepared from guanidin hydrochloride and α,β-unsaturated ketones in the presence of NaOH using 5 different methods in high yield. Especially, “one-pot” reaction from 3 components was performed:Using classical heating method, refluxing in microwave oven method, using a little solvent in microwave oven method, executing under solvent-free condition in microwave oven, “One-pot” reaction from 3 constituents. Structure of the each product synthesized by these methods is identical.
v 31 new thioureas were synthesized using the two methods: Heating under refluxing in anhydrous dioxane in 56-77%-yield. Microwave-assisted heating in 67-80%-yield. Structure of the each product synthesized by two methods is identical.
v Hydrolysis of five peracetylated glucosyl thioureas by the reaction of sodium methylat in 62-65%-yield.
v Eight 2-iminothiazolidin-4-on were synthesized from corresponding and ethyl bromoacetate in 54-68%-yield.
v The relationships between d and Hammett’s σ in 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra of the 2-amino-4 ,6-diarylpyrimidines and corresponding thioureas were found.
v Themostof2-amino-4,6-diarylpyrimidinesandthioureashavesignificant biological activities (such as antifungal for Candida abbicans, andbacterial for Enterobacter, Staphilocococus epidermidis). The relationships between structure-activity of some 2-amino-4,6-diarylpyrimidines and thioureas were estimated by QSAR method (such as Free-Wilson’s method and Hansch’s model).
