- To clarify the political system and political system reform theories of Vietnam.
- To make clear the roles and positions of Vietnam’s Communist Party,the State of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and other social – political organizations in Vietnam’s political system.
- To explain the points of view, solutions, and results of political system reform in Vietnam from 1986 to now
- To enlighten the orientations, and resolutions to continue the political system reform for the period of 2011-2020 based on the point of view of Vietnam’s Communist Party.
- To compare the political development between Vietnam and Taiwan, thus to point out the regularity issues in the development of nations.
