11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

11.1. Contribution on theoretical side: The thesis contributes to systematize the theory of student activity management in the context of education and training innovation, adding some theoretical issues about student activity management in the context of innovation. education and training into educational management science

11.2. Contribution on practical side: The thesis has identified the current status of student activities and student activity management at VNU universities in the context of education and training innovation and the objective and subjective factors affecting the student activity management in the context of educational and training innovation, proposed 04 measures improving student activity management efficiency in the context of education and training innovation: 1) Solution 1: Complete the system of management documents to meet the training requirements in the context of education and training innovation (Measure 1: Complete and supplement guiding documents; Measure 1: Complete and supplement control and sanctions management documents); 2) Solution 2: Organize to foster the staff to manage studeant activities in VNU universities in the context of education and training innovation (Measure 3. Organize to train academic advisors skills to guide students to build learning plans, scientific research and community and entrepreneurship activities throughout the course; Measure 4. Organize to foster the teaching staff skills to guide, supervise and evaluate student learning process; Measure 5. Organize to foster the teaching staff and the academic advisors skills to guide students on self-study skills, self-responsibility for their learning results and forging practice; 3) Solution 3: Create support conditions to mentality, facilities, technical equipment for learning student activities, scientific research, community activities and start-ups (Measure 6. Reorganize the VNU Library Information Center and the documentation room in VNU universities towards Learning Commons; Measure 7. Organize variety of clubs matching students' interests; 4) Solution 4: Create a practical experience environment for students and establish support mechanisms and facilitate for students in entrepreneurship to adapt to the integration context (Measure 8. Create an environment of experience practice for students; Measure 9: Establish support mechanisms and create conditions for students in entrepreneurship to adapt to the context of integration.

Successfully tested the 4th solution on “Create a practical experience environment for students and establish support mechanisms and facilitate for students in entrepreneurship to adapt to the integration context”.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

Theoretical significance: The results of the thesis research contribute to some additional theoretical issues about student activity management in the context of educational innovation and training in education management science.

Practical significance: The research results of the thesis can be used as a reference for the student management at universities in our country today and in training and retraining programs. educational administrators.

The student management solutions proposed in the thesis can be applied in student management practices.

13. Further research directions, if any: Complete the student management system of colleges under the Vietnam National University to improve the quality of training high-quality human resources to meet social needs.
