11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

            First, clarify the approach to legal education on the basis of human rights and employees' rights and obligations;

Second, identify and deepen the theoretical basis of legal education for employees in Vietnam through the fact that the research not only mentions the achieved results but also clarifies the distinguished factors of employees and legal education for them; analyze and evaluate scientifically under the influence of objective and subjective factors. All of that are practical premise to draw experience lessons and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of this legal education;           

Third, analyze and evaluate the actual situation to clarify the overall picture of the legal education for employees in Vietnam. Accordingly, put legal education for employees in the context that Vietnam is deeply integrating and accede to commercial Agreements related to employees. At the same time, analyze and evaluate systematically the actual situation of legal education in general; legal education for employees in particular, and legal documents that affect directly employees; actual situation of organizing legal education for employees; clarify the achieved results and problems, which are still bottlenecks, gaps, difficulties and obstacles that need to be overcome in the coming time.

Fourth, propose scientific recommendations by the formulation of viewpoints, requirements, proposals and systematic explanations of solutions in the direction of approaching workers' rights; on the basis of clearly defining requirements and contexts affecting the legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam today.      

12. Practical applicability, if any: The research results of the dissertation contribute to supplementing and consolidating the scientific theoretical basis for the completing and ensuring the suitability, feasibility and efficiency of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam at present in the direction of ensuring human rights, rights and obligations of employees;

13. Further research directions, if any:  For the purpose of research, the dissertation contribute to developing and completing the theoretical basis of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam; assess the actual situation of legal education for employees in enterprises. Based on that, the dissertation will propose some viewpoints and solutions on improving the quality and efficiency of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam now. The research results are the premise that suggest issues needed to be further researched in the future to ensure human rights, rights and obligations of employees. However, in order to do that, it is necessary to have a deeper, comprehensive awareness and powerful participation of political entities at all levels and fields in charge of legal education and employees; organize effectively the implementation of solutions which help to remove bottlenecks; fill and seal the legal gaps; and organize legal education activities for employees. Through that, employees can be guaranteed their human rights, lawful rights and interests of citizens, perform the obligations of employees. They will be an important force contributing to the successful implementation of the goal set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam Communism Party: “To 2045 (the 100th anniversary of the founding of the country), Vietnam become a developed, high-income country."
