- Offering solutions to improve and advance experiential and vocational activities and their management for secondary schools in competency-approached method.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The solutions can be applied to solve actual problems in managing experiencing-based activities in competency-approached method in secondary schools in general and  Hanoi’s ones specifically.

13. Further research directions, if any: Further researching on management of experiential and vocational guided activities as a compulsory subject in 2018 lower and higher education curriculum.
