Attending the ceremony were Vice President Lam Quang Dong, representatives of Departments and representatives of graduated students.
In his opening remarks, Vice President Lam Quang Dong extended his congratulations to 157 new bachelors, and affirmed that the commencement had marked an important milestone in all of the new bachelors’ life. He believes, ‘by effectively applying knowledge and experiences that you have learned and gained during your study at ULIS, you will succeed in your career and life.’
At the commencement, on behalf of the University, Vice President Lam Quang Dong presented certificates to the new bachelors. The Vice President also awarded certificates of merit to students with outstanding results.
