* Excerpts from a student attending ASEAN - KOREA Youth Summit 2020 *

The first word that I want to say is to sincerely thank the AUN Secretariat for the opportunity to be a member of the ASEAN - KOREA Youth Summit 2020. This is definitely an experience that will never be forgotten in the student's life.

When I went to Hanoi to meet other Vietnamese delegates for the first time, I had a chance to see how big the world was outside. Meeting and building long-term relationships with other delegates who are like-minded was what I could see most clearly after this trip. Everyone was very sociable and always helped each other. The delegates came from different corners of the country, each with a different culture, from whom I have learned a lot. It is those things that have made me grow more disruptively each day when I could acquire some expanding their knowledge but also life skills. My first time traveling to Hanoi was full of obstacles mixed with surprises, but luckily I had everyone and they took care of me along the way. The most unforgettable thing was probably being taken by everyone to eat fried rolls, grilled rolls, to Sword lake to enjoy Trang Tien ice-cream.

Joining the program also gives me more knowledge about social issues. When participating in the group discussion, I learned from other country's delegates, who are all very talented and probably future leaders. Not only that, but I also learned how they thought and solved problems. I had the opportunity to learn more about Singapore's Woke Culture and Cancel Culture and also knew that their country is facing the same problems as Vietnam, such as when the information is distorted. The delegates from 11 Southeast Asian countries and Korea were very enthusiastic about group discussions, so we always completed the activities to attend the official conference on time. With the guidance of Ms. Jee Eun Karin Nam, the group was able to do the exercises excellently because she always gave the best quality advice to her group's products.

When I arrived in Hanoi, I and 5 other delegates were carefully taken care of by Ms. Thao and Ms. Giang - Department of Cooperation and Development. We are very grateful for that, if we did not have you, we will not have had spiritual support every time we encounter difficulties. Thanks to these 2 lovely women, we always felt comfortable discussing with foreign friends without worrying about other issues. They always feel like a second home. I sincerely want to send my gratitude towards those dedicated people and wish them health and happiness in life.

There are really no words to express my gratitude for being selected as the delegate and these are definitely things that I cannot forget. Going to Hanoi for the first time, attending an international seminar for the first time, eating fried spring rolls for the first time, and many other times that this trip has brought me. Thank the organizers of ASEAN-KOREA Youth Summit 2020 for creating a very meaningful event, helping young people from all over the world to make friends, and to help find solutions to problems facing countries
