Officially approved student exchange between VNU School of Medicine and Pharmacy and Junshin Gakuen University (Japan)
Authorized by VNU leaders and with effective consultation of E Hospital, on November 12, 2019, VNU School of Medicine and Pharmacy signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Junshin Gakuen University (Japan) to formalize the framework of bilateral cooperation in the fields of medicine and health sciences.  (19/11/2019)
VNU holds Ireland Higher Education Fair Vietnam 2019
Ireland, a country 16 - hour flight from Vietnam, is in the 2018 top 10 most peaceful countries in the world, where more than 1,000 multinational companies are based. Thanks to its globally-recognized advanced education, Ireland is considered as an ideal destination for international students. The Ireland Higher Education Fair Vietnam with the participation of eight leading universities from the country of the Shamrock was held at VNU for the first time.  (13/11/2019)
ADF scholarship worth 46-million Vietnam dong for VNU’s best entrance exam candidate
On November 6, 2019, Asia Development Foundation, Korea (ADF) awarded VNU’s 20 best entrance exam candidates scholarships, each valued $2,000, equivalent to more than 46 million VND. These students will continue to receive the scholarship until graduation, provided that they achieve excellent study results and actively participate in social activities.  (08/11/2019)
VIETNAMICA: Deepening Vietnamese - French academic relation
Franco-Vietnamese cooperation Project Vietnamica, funded by the European Union, organized a launching ceremony on November 4 at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). On October 16, 2019, the Times Higher Education (THE) magazine announced the latest World University Rankings 2020 by subject (THE WUR by Subject). Accordingly, only three Vietnamese higher education institutions are included in the list of 1,008 leading universities worldwide in the field of Engineering and Technology by THE. IOI 2019 features three medalists from VNU HUS High School for Gifted Students

YSI Asia Convening 2019: Nearly 500 scientists to discuss world economic issues
The top 5 scholars globally, 40 university professors and more than 400 young scholars will come together at the Young Scholars Initiative – (YSI) Asian Convening 2019 to address 17 hot global economic issues.
