Reality(1) The thesis presented all form of organisation, education management for drug and youth after drug treatment in HCM city. Valuating the real of methodes of educational management for youth after drug treatment. Point out the lacks to get solution of remedy and improvement.(2) Proposing establishing the Office of Vocational Counseling forYouth After Drug Treatment on community.(3) Renovating organisaton model and methode operation of The Social Work Volunteer on Community.(4) Research and building the framwork to train staff working with youth after drug treatment (2 special subiects), training volunteer (9 special subjects). (5) Specially, building 10 special subjects help counselor continuing educating youth after drug treatment during counseling
