11. Summary of new thesis
This is the first professional one which studies about application of criminal law in dealing with economic disputes. It can be called a phenomenon in our country.
From the view of practical examples, the thesis shows that application of criminal law in dealing with disputes mostly involves the violation in contract duties of parties, especially the obligation to repay debt and assets. It shows the negative sides not only in law application but also in formulation of law in our country. This is a negative legal phenomenon which should be got out of social life.
The thesis also shows clearly the reasons for criminal law application in solving economic disputes, such as law of debt recovery and protection for legal rights and obligations of inefficient creditors; the ineffectiveness of the institutions of civil dispute resolution; unsuitable awareness of businesses to the development of economic market; the inabilities and labefaction about virtuous character of some officers at law authorities etc. With its study, the thesis has recommended some solutions to limit and then get rid of incorrect law application in dealing with economic disputes.
The thesis has made a great contribution in limiting negative sides in legal application in solving disputes. Its result can be valued as references in construction and completion of law system in dealing with economic disputes in our country.

The result of thesis directs economic entities to avoid mistakes in business and protect their benefits as well as obligations in disputesThis is also a reference source for legal officers to deal with civil crime of asset appropriation.

On bases of research result, construct the system of monograph documents as references for legal officers and law departments in dealing with disputes in order to limit and get rid of incorrect or any mistakes application.
