11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: This thesis researches, compares provisions on Investigation Agencies in the Criminal Procedure Codes of China and Vietnam. It analyzes and evaluates the advantages and limitations, as well as the political – social, economical effects of the activities, organizations of Investigation Agencies in the two countries, which offers many new ideas and perspectives for the investigation reform of China.
12. Practical applicability, if any: The thesis can be a reference for students, graduate students and researchers specialized in Criminal Law studying this issue, as well as a useful material for scientific research and teaching of law institutions in China and Vietnam.
