11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
The social conflict and solidarity in the enterprise is not a new problem; currently the issue is no longer difficult to make a discussion; the solidarity and conflict is an inevitable and objective social phenomenon.
With many sociological researches and survey during the whole research period, goal and task of the thesis has been completed through the systematization of sociological theories regarding the social solidarity and conflict, applied into a research in the labor relation within the enterprises in Bac Ninh. The actual situation of solidarity and conflict in the labor relation within the enterprises in Vietnam, with the application of theories on social conflict and consensus and method of social survey as well, in first step has been demonstrated in scientific and systematic manner.
In addition to the negative aspect of conflict and positive aspect of solidarity, the thesis aims to find the positive aspect of conflict and positive aspect of the process when the solidarity is formed in the enterprise, regarding that social solidarity and conflict are inevitably objective in the developing society.
The thesis shall use the method of referendum by using the social Metric to measure the position (Đ), the emotional level (T) of employers and employer to identify the level of solidarity and conflict among the members in the enterprise scientifically and logically.
12. Pratical applicability:
To anticipate the trend of change in solidarity and conflict in the State owned enterprises and private enterprises in the coming time;
To build the argumentative basis and propose some recommendation on the policy and measure of regulating the solidarity and conflict in the labor relation in the enterprise;

- The research on social relationship among State – Enterprise - Employee;
- The research on factors affecting the solidarity and conflict among the employees and workers;
- The impact of enterprise policy on ensuring the employee and worker’s benefit;
