11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
11.1. Establish the quantum equation for electronic detention, analytical expressions for the nonlinear absorption coefficient of a strong electromagnetic wave caused by confined electrons for the case of electron- optical phonon scattering in compositional superlattices for both cases and no magnetic field.
11.2. Establish the quantum equation for electronic detention, analytical expressions for the nonlinear absorption coefficient of a strong electromagnetic wave caused by confined electrons for the case of electron- phonon scattering in doping superlattices, for both cases and no magnetic field.
11.3. Establish the quantum equation for electronic detention, analytical expressions for the nonlinear absorption coefficient of a strong electromagnetic wave caused by confined electrons for the case of electron- phonon scattering in quantum wells, for both cases and no magnetic field.
11.4. Obtained system of equations for the quantum phonon and phonon optical audio captivity captive, analytical expressions for the threshold and amplitude coefficient of variation between the phonon sound parameters detention and imprisonment in the optical phonon quantum wells.
The analytic expressions are numerically evaluated, plotted, and discussed for
a specific superlattices and quantum well. The computations show that the nonlinear absorption coefficient is much more greater than to it is normal bulk semiconductor. The appearance of an external magnetic field causes surprising changes in the nonlinear absorption. All the results are compared with those for the normal bulk semiconductors to show the difference.

12.1. Is the theoretical basis of research and manufacture of micro electronic components and multi-functional smart.
12.2. Is the theoretical basis for studying the effects of the new two-dimensional systems and in particular low-dimensional semiconductor systems in general.
13. Further research directions:
13.1. To study the nonlinear absorption coefficient of electromagnetic
waves by strong confined electronic in low dimensional systems such as one-dimensional systems (quantum wires), non-dimensional system (quantum dots).
