11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
1, On the basis of inheriting the theoretical achievements, thesis has specified and clarified the standpoint of differentiated teaching and teaching management from the standpoint of differentiated teachingin high schools. To help teaching management from the standpoint of differentiated teaching take effect, it is necessary to stimulate and promote learners’ self-education as well as teachers’ passion and responsibility to teach well and learn well, to form learners’ self-education and lifelong learning.
2, The thesis has also shown inadequacies in teaching management from the standpoint of differentiated teaching in high schools today. At the same time, the thesis has found the causes of inadequacies. Firstly, there is a limitation in managers’ and teachers’ awareness about teaching from the standpoint of differentiated teaching. Secondly, departments have never promoted their roles and responsibilities and teachers have never been trained on teaching method from the standpoint of differentiated teaching systematically. Lastly, schools’ facilities have never met the requirements.
3, The thesis has proposed scientific and practical methods of teaching management from the standpoint of differentiated teaching in Vietnam high schools today (at the micro level), contributing to improving the quality of teaching in high schools in particular and contributing to successful implementation of differentiated teaching model at the present as well as in the future.
