11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Twelve compounds of substituted propargyl 6-amino-5-cyano-2-methyl-4-phenyl-4H-pyran-3-carboxylate have been synthesized using three-component synthetic method; 11 compounds of substituted 2-amino-4-phenyl-7-propargyloxy-4H-chromene-3-carbonitriles have been prepared by the Williamson’s ether reaction from corresponding substituted 2-amino-4-phenyl-7-hydroxy-4H-chromene-3-carbonitriles; and 5 compounds of ethyl 2,7-dimethyl-5-(phenyl)-4-oxo-3-propargyl-3,5-dihydro-4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxylates. All obtained compounds were new.

- Eleven compounds of substituted ethyl 6-amino-5-cyano-2-methyl-4-phenyl-4H-pyran-3-carboxylates have been synthesized by the novel methods using ionic liquid as a catalyst in the three-component synthetic method. Five compounds in this series were converted into 8 compounds of 4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine type and 4 compounds of substituted tetrahydropyridine type by reaction with to dichloroacetyl chloride, or acetic anhydride. All obtained transformation products were new.

- Especially, the main contributions of thesis were the use of click chemistry in the synthesis of 1H-1,2,3-triazoles containing D-glucose moiety and 4H-pyran ring and similar heterocyclic rings (4H-chromene, 4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine), such as 9 compounds of substituted ethyl 1-((2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl-6-amino-5-cyano-2-methyl-4-phenyl-4H-pyran-3-carboxylates; 9 compounds of substituted 2-amino-4-phenyl-7-((1-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)-4H-chromen-3-carbonitriles and 5 compounds of ethyl 3-(1-((2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl))-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl-2,7-dimethyl-5-(phenyl)-4-oxo-3,5-dihydro-4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-carboxylates. All obtained 1H-1,2,3-triazoles were new.

13. Further research directions, if any:

- Study on synthesis of some compounds of 1H-1,2,3-triazoles containing 4H-pyran or 4H-chromene and other monosarcharide or disarcharid moieties (such as d-galactose, d-lactose, d-maltose).

- Study on estimation the another biological activity on some other microorganisms to find the unique biological properties for suitable microorganisms.
