10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The dissertation clearly analyzes the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vietnam government in relations with Israel.

- The thesis clarifies the fundamental factors affecting relations between Vietnam and Israel in the years 1993-2016, the change of those factors and the predictions of the new factors affecting the relationship between the two countries in the coming years.

- The thesis assesses the current state of relations between Vietnam and Israel in the period 1993-2016.

- The thesis clarifies the obstacles in the relations between two contries.

- The thesis points out the advantages, disadvantages and prospects in bilateral relations and proposes solutions to strengthen the relationship between Vietnam and Israel in the coming time.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The dissertation can be used as documentation for scholars and researchers who study about the relationship between Vietnam and Israel.

The research results of the thesis can be used not only to enhance the knowledge of readers of Vietnam about Israel and the relationship between the two countries, but also provide the scientific data needed for planning State policies, researching and teaching activities in schools, research institutes and other demands of related agencies in the two countries who want to learn about this bilateral cooperation.
