11. Summary of the new findings of the dissertation:

- The dissertation has identified pretty accurately the Ly native land region.

- The dissertation has analyzed the traditional economic structure of the Ly native land region; has indicated the structural change of the economic sectors in the modern period. Through analysis, the dissertation has also highlighted the imprint of the Ly dynasty in the economic development of the region.

- The dissertation has analyzed the traditional village social organization and modern urban society. At the same time, the dissertation has indicated the cause of the process of changing from village to street, from rural to urban.

- The dissertation has studied and sketched a system of Ly cultural heritages associated with the childhood of Ly Cong Uan and the Ly dynasty. This is an important basis for confirming the existence of the Ly dynasty imprint and the existence of the historical and cultural space of the Ly native land region.

12. Applicability:

After completing the dissertation, there will be an additional study on the history of the Ly native land region as well as the town of Tu Son. This helps recognize the general characteristics and the specific distinctive features of this spiritual genius land.

The results of the dissertation can be used in researching and studying villages and Northern countryside in the history. The work can also be a reference source for research, compilation, education, and propaganda on local history.

From the results of the research, the dissertation contributes a scientific basis for the formulation of policies and solutions for the urban development plan of Tu Son town, as well as the preservation and promotion of the cultural and historical heritage values in the process of urbanization.

- Research on the comparison of the Ly native land region culture to other cultural regions of the North.

- Research on the Ly native land region from the place-names approach.

- Research on the transformation of cultural historical space of the Ly native land region during the urbanization process.
