11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- Systematic study on effect of the polymer capping and polymer mass on structure, morphology and optical properties of ZnS:M nanoparticles.

- The transitions of [HOMO So(n) ↔ LUMO T1(π*)] in C=O groups transferred excitation energy from polymers to M2+ ions leading to increase the PL band intensity in PL and PLE spectra.

 - The process of polymerization turned α-hydroxyl acetic acid into -[OCH2CO]n- polymer leading to increase the yellow-orange band PL intensity of ZnS:Mn.TN-TGA nanoparticles.

- The optical annealing power of laser radiations also affected on the PL spectra of ZnS:M nanoparticles.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

Synthesis of ZnS:M/polymer (M: Mn, Cu and polymer: PVP, PVA) nanoparticles has stably structure and properties.

13. Further research directions, if any

The research of photocatalyst ability of synthesized ZnS:M and ZnS:M/polymer nanoparticles by co-precipitation method.
